This is for my final class in school, I need to make a short 3d movie and it needs a proposal, so I am not sure if that means a business type written proposal or just a script.
A movie proposal is NOT a script. It is a storyline synopsis, an outline of the story including highlights of action, conflicts, love interests, big scenes, and critical plot details.
It would require summaries of actors needed, scenes (and opportunities for location shoots vs. set shoots), props, effects (if any), estimated time for shoot and at least some comments about any special post-processing requirements.
